March 27, 2008 Job Complete...sort of The Vinyl Discount Company crew returned today to finish up the job, including the installation of all new gutters and down spouts and four new columns. They installed all of the new porch lights we bought and a ceiling fan on the porch. I installed the new post lamp when I got home. (Yes, we are going to paint the post!) It truly does look like a new place! What remains is the painting of the columns, which they will do next week. We then plan to seal and paint the concrete side porch floor , as well as the front stoop to blend better with the gray siding. Naturally, we need, too, to paint the doors |
